• Project Manager

  Job description
  ---Manages multiple consulting projects and ensures on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries

  ---Contributes to new business development and maintaining and strengthening client base

  ---Leverages business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions
  ---Provides guidance to, and ensures the development of, client reports and presentations

  ---Develop professional relationships and serve as key point or contact on aspects of projects, identify opportunities for follow-on work and new leads

  ---Proactively strengthen thought leadership, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing and brand building

  
  Capability requirement
  --- Bachelor or master’s degree majoring in medical, or business related background

  --- 7 or more years working experience in consulting, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
  --- Possess solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills
  --- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  --- Convincing communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese

  Responsibility：
  --- Conduct in-depth desktop research (incl. academic paper, treatment guideline, broker report, industry database etc.)
  --- Work closely with team members and develop qualitative and quantitative analysis
  --- Synthesize analyses into key findings and develop actionable recommendations
  --- Perform quantitative survey and integrate results
  --- Deliver outcomes to project team
  
  Requirements:
  --- Undergraduate / Graduate students （ Major in clinical medicine, public health, pharmacy, biologic or other related major is a plus）
  --- Related experience in consulting industry is a plus
  --- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  --- Excellent skills in EXCEL, WORD, PPT, etc.

  工作内容：
  1. 按照项目需要，参与研究工作
  2. 参与项目中的电话访谈，并整理相关纪要
  3. 制作PPT，形成行业研究（报告）
  4. 全程参与项目，协助完成对相关行业信息的收集、分析、总结等
  
  任职要求：
  1. 国内985、211本科或者研究生在读，医学相关背景优先
  2. 具有一定的分析研究能力，能熟练使用office
  3. 勤奋踏实好学上进，有良好的团队意识，能独立完成交代的工作
  4. 每周至少出勤3天以上，有留用机会
